Palmetto Realty Company

Palmetto Realty Company needed to differentiate itself in a sea of coastal Georgia real estate firms. But it was also necessary to balance a unique look with a sophistication that would appeal to their target market. Smack Dab created a logo, "for-sale" yard signage, collateral package and more. We chose an unusual textured paper for their collateral that is fibrous and mimics the look of a palmetto leaf.

RESULTS: Palmetto Realty has a beautiful collateral package that reinforces the sophistication and style of their brand—and stands out among the dozens of realty and development companies competing for the same market.
